Tofu Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of firm tofu

Instructions

Step 1

Drain and rinse tofu. Press with paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 2

Warm up 2 tbsp of water in a frying pan over medium heat. Crumble tofu in your hands and add to frying pan.

Step 3

Cook for 7-10 minutes stirring occasionally to break up tofu. Tofu is finished when consistency is similar to scrambled eggs.

 

Options:

add additional items such as chopped onion, peppers, beans, salsa, hot sauce, seasoning, etc.
